DeKalb County Community Action administers funds to DeKalb County agencies that provide food or shelter to low-income persons. Each funding period is awarded in phases. We are currently administering Phase 35 (February 1, 2018 - January 31, 2019) . For more information on this national program, please visit www.efsp.unitedway.org.
Agencies who provide emergency food or shelter to families residing in DeKalb County may apply for this funding.
