CSBG Loan Program

 

The purpose of the CSBG Loan Program is to provide long-term, fixed-rate financing to new or expanding small businesses in exchange for job creation and employment for low-income individuals.The principal repaid is invested into a future loan and the interest earned can be used for current or future CSBG programs.  DCCA does not currently offer this program but has given out loans in the past.
