2018 Community Action Plan

The link below will direct you to the 2018 DeKalb County Community Action Plan (CAP). This plan is updated annually with a more comprehensive update tri-annually. This CAP has been developed to act as the guide for DeKalb County Community Action Department (DCCAD) programs. The development of this Community Action Plan is the result of an ongoing process of assessing the service needs of the poverty population. It has been approved by the Tri-Partite Community Action Administrative Board.
