All meetings are held in the DeKalb County Community Outreach Building, Conference Room West at 8:30 a.m. unless otherwise noted.  Meetings are held bi-monthly on the 2nd Monday unless otherwise noted.  Additional board meetings will be scheduled as necessary.  Committe meetings are scheduled as necessary.
